1. General
This is the cancellation policy of Bankonites, (hereinafter referred to as “Bankonites“) which applies to all Bankonites websites and services.
This cancellation policy of Bankonites is intended for all users of the Bankonites websites and services (“user”). The Bankonites services are digital in nature and hence once the delivery of the service/campaign is complete then it is not reversible thus cancellation are only possible in special cases as discussed further.
2. Campaign Termination
2.1 Cancelation of Campaigns/Orders:
Advertiser may request cancelation of the campaign from their self-serve dashboard by making use of the terminate button or may request the support to terminate the campaign and remaining budget will be refunded back to USD/INR Balance. Cancelation of the campaign is only possible when it is in good standing and it’s status is either “running” or “pending”.
